Sagar Alias “Jacky” is a formidable international crime boss who earns a reputation for smoothing out conflicts between powerful criminal networks and handling the diamond trade. The story follows his calculated rise as the man who can fix problems that baffle even the police, driven by a cool, measured mind that keeps adversaries guessing. When trouble hits closest to home, his influence becomes unmistakable, and the stakes grow with every move he makes.

CM Chandrashekharan’s son-in-law Manu [Manoj K Jayan] is kidnapped, and the authorities are unable to find a clue. Indu [Shobana] realizes that the police have been influenced by her brother Hari [K. B. Ganesh Kumar], a figure who seems to know the kidnappers, and she decides to summon her best friend Jacky to help locate Manu. The urgency of the moment pulls Jacky into a web of loyalties and betrayals, where every lead matters and time is not on anyone’s side. This decision sets in motion a chain of events that pulls Kerala, Goa, and beyond into a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse.

Jacky mobilizes his network across the state, with Goa serving as a pivotal stop where his contact Ferad [Jinu Joseph] reveals a harsh truth: Manu was taken by the Rosario brothers, Michael “Big” Rosario and David Rosario, who run the most powerful crime syndicate in their orbit. Ferad explains that Manu—a man with a gambling habit and a history of risky promises—ended up in the Rosarios’ hands after losing a deal that cost them dearly. The revelation deepens the mission: save Manu and teach him to change his ways before the underworld consumes him completely.

After facing a series of daunting obstacles, Jacky and his crew locate the nightclub where Manu is being held and stage a daring rescue. Manu, exposed to the harsh reality of the criminal world, begins to understand the price of his lifestyle, and Sagar offers him blunt counsel to reform. Yet the moment of audacity angers the Rosarios, who vow to repay the affront by striking back at Jacky and his inner circle. Their retaliation sets off a ruthless series of moves that escalate the conflict beyond a simple kidnapping.

In response, the Rosarios abduct two of Jacky’s trusted men and demand a quid pro quo, pressing Jacky to hand over his current location. Realizing they cannot defeat him in a straightforward fight, the Rosarios broker a deal with Manu and Hari to uncover Sagar’s whereabouts, a revelation that provokes fury in the crime lord. The tension peaks as assassination attempts against Jacky fail, pushing the gang into a wider hunt. Desperate, they turn to Nanthakrishna Naina [Suman Talwar], a shadowy fixer who supplies them Sheikh Imran [Rahul Dev], a renowned assassin with a lethal reputation.

Manu’s efforts to atone for his past deeds backfire in a brutal turn of events: Imran assassinated Manu in front of Indu, and Jacky is framed for the murder. Indu’s testimony, however, becomes a crucial turning point, proving Jacky’s innocence and shifting the balance of power back toward him. With the noose loosened, Imran is tasked with finishing Jacky, and he manages to wound Jacky’s bodyguard before Jacky escapes and begins a relentless pursuit to bring Imran to justice.

The Rosarios escalate their vendetta by kidnapping Jacky’s girlfriend Arati [Bhavana], a prominent news reporter, and killing her in front of everyone. The shock of Arati’s death drives Jacky to a blazing resolve. He travels to the Rosarios’ club, where a brutal killing spree ensues, fragmenting the underworld’s carefully laid plans. Soon after, Jacky travels to Dubai, where Nanthakrishna Naina has hidden away on a yacht with David Rosario’s circle and a dangerous allure of a final stand.

With the help of his trusted ally, Jacky plants explosives on the yacht, ending Naina’s reign and sending a brutal message to those who would cross him. The confrontation reaches its emotional peak as Jacky informs Indu that Manu’s death has been avenged, bringing a grim closure to a saga defined by power, revenge, and the consequences of choices made in the shadows of crime.
