Drishti, Bipasha Basu, is a young widow blessed with a rare gift: the ability to glimpse the futures of the people around her. After a breakup with her long-distance lover Manav, she moves to a quiet, remote village where she crosses paths with Mohit, Suniel Shetty, an eccentric car mechanic who bears the scars of years of abuse from his father. Mohit develops a crush on Drishti, a sentiment she does not immediately recognize. To make a living, Drishti reads Tarot for locals, and one of her clients becomes Rhea Trehan, Neha Dhupia, a young woman who is repeatedly beaten by her husband, Sunny, Dino Morea.
