An NIA agent Raja Vikramarka ‘[Vikram]’ [Kartikeya Gummakonda] is a cool, reckless yet sharp IPS officer who operates under the guidance of his mentor and father figure, Mahendra. When a Nigerian arms trader tied to the gang of Guru Narayan—a former Naxalite—gets caught, the case takes a dangerous turn. The trader reveals that Guru Narayan is alive and back with a vow to settle scores with Chakravarthy, a former earnest IPS officer who has since become the state’s Home Minister. During the interrogation, Vikram inadvertently ends the trader’s life before he can finish his warning. This act sets off a chain of perilous choices and hidden loyalties.

To safeguard the mission, Mahendra covertly sends Vikram undercover as an insurance policy agent, working with Muddu Krishna, a classical dancer who has reinvented himself as a mentor of dance and a broker who helps people secure life insurance. They use this cover to probe Guru Narayan’s renewed menace while Vikram keeps his identity under wraps. In this intricate web, Vikram encounters Chakravarthy’s daughter, Tanya Ravichandran as Kanthi, and his cover brings him into Kanthi’s orbit. A connection blossoms between Vikram and Kanthi: at first cautious, she gradually opens up and eventually confesses her growing feelings for him.

Meanwhile, an earnest and hot-headed IPS officer, Sudhakar Komakula as Govind Narayan, who protects Chakravarthy, becomes suspicious of Vikram’s sudden presence and closeness to Kanthi. When he confronts Vikram at his home, Govind learns of the secret operation. With Mahendra’s intervention, Govind agrees to cooperate, and the two officers join forces to bring Guru Narayan to heel. Their partnership faces a brutal test when Guru Narayan launches an attack on Chakravarthy during Muddu Krishna’s gathering, and Chakravarthy, who had once helped disable the gang, survives but the life insurance policy worth 10 crore hangs as a dark prize over the aftermath.

The story unfolds through a critical flashback: Chakravarthy and Guru Narayan’s enmity stretches back to Chakravarthy’s earlier days as an IPS officer, when he confronted Guru Narayan’s contract-killing network. Guru Narayan, who survived a coma after being shot and left for dead, wakes up determined to dismantle Chakravarthy’s goodwill. Now jailed, Guru Narayan negotiates Kanthi’s release in exchange for his own freedom, forcing Vikram to confront a dangerous moral dilemma and push his colleagues to act with resolve. Vikram and Govind chase this danger together, and in a shocking turn, Chakravarthy dies at Govind’s hands during a chaotic sequence that follows the pursuit.

Driven by a sense of duty and love, Vikram vows to protect Kanthi and uncover the truth behind the conspiracy. Govind’s actions reveal a deeper scheme: he is Guru Narayan’s son and the mastermind behind Kanthi’s kidnapping. He kills Chakravarthy, disguises his next moves, and drives the tension toward a final reckoning. Vikram picks up a crucial clue—a news-channel tune that hints at the mastermind’s next move—and uses it to draw the criminals out. He publicly places a Rs 10 crore reward on Kanthi’s rescue, baiting the kidnapper’s trap and turning the tide in the investigation.

In the climactic sequence, Vikram identifies Govind as the mastermind, retrieves Kanthi from danger, and arrests the kidnap gang. Govind is killed in the ensuing standoff, and the case closes with Vikram safeguarding Kanthi and reflecting on the complex web of loyalties, secrets, and the price of justice. Through it all, Kanthi’s faith in Vikram remains tested but ultimately reaffirmed, and Chakravarthy’s legacy lingers as Vikram confronts the truth about the conspiracy that threatened them all.
