In a land reminiscent of medieval Europe, the story of Princess Knight unfolds, centering around Sapphire, a brave and spirited young girl with a unique secret. Born into the royal family of Silverland, Sapphire’s father, the King, falsely declares her to be a boy at birth to protect her from the greed and cruelty of Duke Duralumin, an evil nobleman who wishes to claim the throne and oppress the people. Duralumin’s plans are constantly thwarted by his scheming and manipulations alongside his loyal henchman, Baron Nylon.

What makes Sapphire’s situation extraordinary is that she was born with two hearts—a blue heart, symbolizing her inner strength and masculinity, and a pink heart, representing her femininity. Because of this, when her identity is threatened, the divine intervenes, sending a young angel-in-training named Tink to Earth to retrieve Sapphire’s extra heart. However, Sapphire fiercely refuses to surrender her boy’s heart, clinging to her identity and courage.

Throughout her adventures, Sapphire encounters a wide array of characters, including supernatural foes like Satan, a warlock intent on stealing her special two-hearted soul to gain power, and his mysterious daughter Hecate, a shapeshifting witch who at first seems to be a villain but turns out to be an unlikely ally. Despite the threats, Sapphire also assumes the identity of the Phantom Knight, wearing a mask to fight crime and preserve justice in the kingdom by night. Her alter ego often crosses paths with Franz Charming, the charming prince of neighboring Goldland. Their relationship is complex—they know her as three different personas: the brave Prince Sapphire, the mysterious Phantom Knight, and the kind-hearted princess. Franz’s feelings vary between admiration, romantic interest, and rivalry, especially since he perceives the Phantom Knight as a rival for the princess’s affection.

As the plot thickens, Duralumin makes a move to stage a coup, aiming to seize control of Silverland. He receives clandestine support from Mr. X, the ruler of a neighboring federation called the X-Union, which seeks to expand its dominance over the three kingdoms. The coup results in the capture of the King and Queen, who are ultimately betrayed and cast into the sea. Sapphire, with help from her friends and allies, manages to escape but faces numerous challenges, including the violent rise of Baron Nylon, who, driven mad by his master’s abuses, proclaims himself ruler.

In the final confrontation, Sapphire uses magic—transforming the three magical balls representing Silverland and its neighboring kingdoms into a mighty axe—to rally her people and attack Mr. X’s forces. During the intense battle that ensues, she duels Mr. X, managing to wound him with the magic weapon. However, in a desperate act of vengeance, Mr. X attempts to kill Sapphire and Franz but is struck down by divine lightning invoked by Tink, who sacrifices himself in the process. The collapsing castle, the chaos, and Nylon’s demise culminate in Sapphire narrowly escaping with her life, standing victorious beneath the shining sun.

In the aftermath, divine intervention brings the King and Queen back to life, thanks to Tink’s heroic sacrifice. The story concludes with Sapphire and Franz getting married, symbolizing hope, love, and resilience. Tink’s spirit ascends to heaven, finally earning his wings after his selfless act.
