Initially hired by Avinash to beat up Ali Bhai’s henchman Magadi Manja, he quickly proves himself useful enough to switch sides for the right price. As he navigates the murky moral lines of loyalty, Dattu crosses paths with Anjali, a skilled aerobics instructor played by Pranitha Subhash. The plot thickens as Anjali’s employer, Satya Narayana Murthy, counsels her to marry the man she loves. To escape Umesh Reddy’s advances, she journeys to see Dattu and offers a proposal of her own. But violence intensifies when Satyaraj’s men are killed by Dattu, revealing him as a merciless assassin in the eyes of many. Anjali recoils, and Umesh Reddy escalates his vendetta by staging a mock assault to ruin Anjali’s life and coerce her into becoming his mistress. The daughter, though drugged, reveals a crucial detail: her father has embedded an undercover officer within Ali Bhai’s ranks, tipping the scales of loyalty and deceit.

As the web of intrigue tightens, the gang discovers that an undercover IPS officer, Suryanarayana Murthy—the son of a retired inspector—has entered their world to dismantle the underworld, and he is now playing both sides. Ali Bhai, misled by fear and rage, kills Ganesh, believing him to be Surya Narayan Murthy, only to learn that Ganesh is the adopted son of Satya Narayana Murthy. In a brutal misdirection, Ali Bhai also murders Satya Narayana Murthy to draw out the real Surya Narayana Murthy. When Surya Narayana Murthy finally arrives, the revelation shocks Anjali and Umesh Reddy: he is none other than Dattu, reuniting the threads of identity that had tangled their fates.

After the cremation of Satya Narayana Murthy and Ganesh, Dattu orchestrates a final gambit to challenge Ali Bhai by forcing Umesh Reddy to reveal Ali Bhai’s whereabouts at Binny Mills. Dattu stormes the location, systematically eliminating Ali Bhai’s gang members and, in a dramatic rescue, saves Khan’s daughter from her captors. In the climactic confrontation, Dattu overpowers Ali Bhai, slashing his throat with a broken glass window and directing a fatal shot at Umesh Reddy. Before the end, he delivers a chilling line that seals his resolve: > Ond sali commit adhre nann maat nanne kelala (transl. Once I get committed, I won’t listen even to my own words).

The story closes on a note of hard-won justice, but not without scars. The city’s underworld has been reorganized, the players changed, and the people who survived must reckon with the cost of power, loyalty, and the complicated ties that bind love to violence.
