Nepali [Bharath Srinivasan] works in a supermarket. He suddenly murders a few people and leaves a chilling clue beside each body, setting the stage for a case that will pull in the city’s top investigator. Gautham, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, takes charge and begins to piece together the patterns in the carnage, trying to decipher the hidden logic behind the killer’s moves and the cryptic evidence left behind. The sense of danger and mystery deepens as the clues hint at a larger scheme, while the tension in the city grows with every new discovery.

Karthik [Bharath Srinivasan] is a software engineer who leads a joyful life, surrounded by friends and carefree moments. One day, he meets Priya [Meera Jasmine] in a showroom and immediately feels an undeniable attraction. Priya is drawn to Karthik’s charm, and the two quickly fall in love, their chemistry brightening their days and foreshadowing a future they both imagine together. Yet beneath the surface, a different current runs in the background—a depressed convict who has spent time behind bars grapples with his own demons, often attempting suicide but being saved by a watchful jailer, while the system itself administers harsh treatment to him for his acts of despair.

As the romance blossoms, Gautham cracks the clue that ties Nepali to the string of murders and predicts the killer’s next move, only to see the target fall before his very eyes. Despite the close proximity and mounting danger, Karthik and Priya choose to marry, facing resistance from Priya’s parents who remain skeptical about the union. The couple’s decision to marry marks a turning point that the film uses to blur the lines between love and danger, happiness and peril, as the world around them tightens its grip.

Priya’s parents file a complaint against Karthik, accusing him of kidnapping their daughter, which brings corrupt ACP Ashok into the investigation. Ashok’s attraction to Priya adds a troubling layer to the case, and he makes a bold, dangerous attempt to pursue her. Priya, steadfast and wary, makes it clear she wants nothing to do with him. She informs Karthik of Ashok’s advances, and his anger boils over when he confronts Ashok. In a brutal confrontation at Priya’s home, Ashok attempts to assault her, and in a desperate bid to save herself, Priya ends her life. Enraged and devastated, Karthik lashes out, kills Ashok, and finds himself jailed for the act.

What follows is a startling reveal: although the film presents three parallel strands, all three central figures are the same person. The depressed convict is really Karthik in disguise, and his life unfolds as a complex journey of pain, love, and transformation. He repeatedly contemplates ending his life in jail, but the jailer and others intervene to pull him back from the brink. In a pivotal turn, Karthik encounters a Nepali—who has been detained for speaking out against harassment—and, through the machinations of powerful forces, the Nepali’s death is ruled a suicide to hide a larger crime.

Determined to continue his mission, Karthik assumes the identity of Nepali and begins to hunt those who molest or harm women. Gautham uncovers that a Nepali figure is behind the latest murders and warns him to surrender, but Karthik refuses to stop. A tense pursuit unfolds as Karthik heads toward his next target, only to be spotted by Gautham. The chase spills into an underground parking area, culminating in a heated fight between the two.

A gunshot rings out, and Karthik hurries to escape, only to be confronted by visions of Priya and the Nepali. Confusion grips him as he looks back and sees Gautham coming to life, along with his own dead body. The truth is finally revealed: Gautham is the one who fired the shot, and Karthik’s soul leaves his body to join the quiet vigil of Priya and the Nepali in the afterlife. In the end, the souls are reunited in heaven, bringing a strange sense of peace to a man who lived multiple lives within a single frame of fate.
