Liu Siu-jian, a dedicated Chinese intelligence agent, arrives in Paris on a vital mission to capture the notorious mob boss, Mr. Big. His objective is to disrupt the heroin trafficking operations tied to Mr. Big.

Meeting Inspector Richard

Upon arrival, Liu meets Inspector Jean-Pierre Richard, a French detective with dubious integrity. Liu believes Richard is helping him monitor a meeting involving Mr. Big, unaware of Richard's ulterior motives.
