The tale speaks of Shri Krishna, who, before the end of Dwapara Yuga, entrusted his confidant Uddhava with a small, ornate anklet. This tiny object, bound with the power to reveal solutions to the deadliest problems humanity would face in Kali Yuga, becomes the keystone of a centuries-old quest that echoes through time.

Back in Hyderabad, a very different world unfolds. Karthik, a doctor who trusts science and logic above superstition, is suspended after a heated incident: he slaps a Mayor who tries to perform a Yagna inside the ICU for his sick son.
