On the night before his 75th birthday, billionaire Charles Abernathy invites his family to his mansion for a rare gathering. The guests include his compassionate son Drew (/actor/drew) and his cutthroat son C.J. (/actor/cj), along with C.J.’s shrewd twin sister Madeline (/actor/madeline), and their younger sister Kami, a popular social media personality. Despite Charles’s clear instruction that only blood relatives should attend, Drew brings his wife Hannah (/actor/hannah), defying his father’s wishes. Charles cryptically reveals that there is a price on his head, set to be collected at midnight and that only his own flesh and blood can save him. He informs his family that they will be locked inside the mansion, cut off from outside communication, and warns that if he dies, none of them will inherit his wealth. Later, Charles cryptically explains that the threat comes from a deal he made that may have cost someone their life.

Hannah chooses to stay despite having been told she was not supposed to be there, and after dismissing her offer to leave, Charles gives her an inheritance of her own, recognizing her loyalty. As the night progresses, the family members start experiencing unexplained paranormal activities. Kami is violently killed while alone at the indoor pool, her body discovered with no apparent explanation. As tensions rise, C.J. and Madeline—who are secretly plotting to take control of their father’s company—become suspicious of Drew and Hannah, believing they might be involved in Charles’s murder plot. Their jealousy fuels their plan to eliminate Drew and Hannah to claim the inheritance for themselves.

When Hannah discovers that Kami’s body has mysteriously vanished, she expresses her desire to leave the mansion, fearing for her safety. Overcome with grief, C.J. releases Hannah and Drew, urging them to demand answers from Charles. The duo finds a secret room filled with occult symbols and a grimoire, revealing that Charles had made a dark deal with a demon named Mammon—one that required sacrificing his own soul by his 75th birthday to preserve his legacy. However, in a desperate attempt to cheat death, Charles renegotiated the pact, offering his bloodline’s continuation instead, which has led to this nightmarish consequence. The revelation fuels C.J.’s fury, and in a fit of panic, he falls to his death after being frightfully attacked by Kami’s ghoul. His sister Madeline’s spirit then drains his life.

Fleeing further supernatural threats, Hannah and Drew take refuge in Charles’s study, where he finally confesses his deal with Mammon. He admits that he tried to rewrite the pact to save himself, but the consequences were dire—a curse that has now claimed his entire family. In a shocking turn, Charles shoots Drew in the head. Hannah manages to escape by shooting Charles with his own shotgun, causing him to fall and be pinned beneath a collapsing grandfather clock. Charles warns that he will inherit nothing if he dies, but Hannah counters, reminding him that she never wanted his money. She warns him that Mammon is still coming to draw him into his final act.

In a heartbreaking revelation, Hannah tells Charles that she is pregnant, expecting a granddaughter who would be the true heir of the Abernathy bloodline. As the clock strikes midnight, Mammon arrives, accompanied by shadowed versions of Kami, C.J., Madeline, and Wladyslaw Fortuna (/actor/jan-peszek). The demon claims and kills Charles, ending his life as the mansion is engulfed by darkness. Hannah, having survived the night, is seen leaving the mansion in a limo in the morning, carrying the weight of what transpired. The story closes with the chilling hint that the curse continues, and the bloodline may yet have a future through her unborn granddaughter.
