Doctors reveal a grim necessity: the only way to save her is to find a blood donor who matches her blood type exactly. After a tense search, the doctors reveal that the donor is someone from the bar—someone who shares SMK’s blood type, a discovery that plunges Kumaravel into a moral crisis he never asked for.
