Against this backdrop of stark contrast, the idea takes hold: what if they swapped lives for a month? A chance to truly feel the life each has envied from afar, and a way to discover the humanity they are each hungry for. The two men agree to exchange lives, with the understanding that afterward Goutham would emerge as the legal heir, but the paths they choose will test their beliefs about money, duty, and family. They spend a night in a hotel learning the practicalities of each other’s worlds, and the exchange begins in earnest.

As the switch takes hold, Goutham’s initial days in Nanda’s world are rough—and that roughness awakens something new in him. He hears, for the first time, the voice of responsibility from Nanda’s father, who urges him not to shy away from work or family, and gradually he starts to see the emotional texture of a life lived without luxury. He falls for Spoorthi, the girl who loves Nanda, and experiences the warmth and flaws of a family he’s never known. A more dangerous plan unfolds to destroy Goutham in Hyderabad, and the chase intensifies with multiple attempts on his life. Nanda’s ambition grows darker as he confesses that money—a callous and practical force—drives his actions. He had allied with Mudra and Gowda once he learns they intend to kill him as well, heightening the stakes for both families. Soon a staged act of violence is used to frame Goutham: Nanda publicly murders the slum corporator’s son, Bujji, turning a community tragedy into a political liability for the real heir. Goutham narrowly evades capture and confronts Nanda in the presence of the very people who were manipulated into believing they were dealing with the other man. The situation spirals, and the family on Goutham’s side fails to recognize that the man they are dealing with is not their beloved heir, leading to a tense moment of apparent betrayal.

With Mugdha’s help, who knows the truth about Goutham’s identity, the real stakes become personal. She helps him escape police attention and they race to Spoorthi, who has been held hostage by Nanda. Mudra dies in the ensuing chaos, leaving Gowda—one of the would-be killers—dead in a final confrontation on a helipad, where the rivalry reaches its peak. In the aftermath, Nanda is finally defeated in the air-traffic-styled showdown, and Goutham is publicly introduced as the legal heir. Yet his response is not to cling to wealth but to choose a path of humanity: he donates the entire fortune to a charitable cause and signs his new identity as Goutham Nanda. Mugdha, now at the helm as CEO of the company, helps bridge the two families and supports Spoorthi, cementing a new sense of family and belonging.

The resolution leaves the audience with a moral echo that the heart of the story has been circling all along: the old adage about greed and value. In the final image, the protagonist’s transformation is clear—he has learned to see beyond money and to honor the people who stood by him through fear and deceit.
