In Vizag, 1980, Krishna and Srinidhi share a quiet, unspoken affection. Krishna has stood vigil at Srinidhi’s college bus stop for years, hoping for a single glance that might change everything. Srinidhi feels the pull too, but she keeps her feelings hidden, fearing that confessing them could bring trouble to her family. On the last day of college, Krishna decides to propose; he disguises himself in a burqa and boards the bus. A catastrophic bus accident follows, and Krishna sacrifices himself to save Srinidhi, losing his life in the process. Overwhelmed by his death, Srinidhi visits his grave and, in a moment of poignant regret, dies there, realizing too late what could have been.

In Paris, 2012, Sravanthi, Tamannaah Bhatia, is the daughter of the Indian Ambassador to France and a medical student living under the heavy security around her life, which leaves her craving true freedom. She dreams of an unidentified man every night and promises to marry him if the dream comes true, a vow that colors her longing for independence. One day, she escapes from her guarded life with friends and embarks on a countryside tour, hoping to taste real life beyond palace walls.

Meanwhile, Ram, Ram Pothineni, is a cheerful, carefree young man who seldom takes life seriously. To teach him a lesson, his father, Sayaji Shinde, tricks him and sends him to Paris for a job, arranged through his friend Pulla Reddy without Ram’s knowledge. Ram’s escape attempts at the factory where he works lead him to a chance encounter: he spots Sravanthi on a railing by a bridge and, fearing she is about to jump, he persuades her to step back. The two strike up an uneasy alliance and plan to leave for India together. Yet at the airport, Ram cannot locate Sravanthi and must return home, only to be stunned when she reappears in India.

Back in his homeland, Ram unexpectedly finds Sravanthi again at the airport, where she urges him to meet a specific doctor at a particular hospital before vanishing again. When Ram follows the clue to the hospital, he discovers Sravanthi in the ICU, and she reveals that Ram has been speaking to her soul. Her coma is the result of a conspiracy engineered by DK, her father’s chief security officer. Only Ram can hear and see her, a connection they share because of their past lives.

As the truth unfolds, Ram resolves that he must protect Sravanthi’s body at all costs. He takes her to his aunt’s hospital, where the truth about her survival deepens: Sravanthi requires a German medicine to live, to be delivered in three precise doses at two-day intervals; missing any dose could be fatal. The danger escalates as DK makes renewed efforts to seize Sravanthi’s body. Despite Ram’s best efforts, DK captures him during the critical last dose, and a fierce struggle ensues. After Ram administers the final dose, DK sabotages Sravanthi’s oxygen supply, but Ram fights to save her life. When Sravanthi awakens, she does not remember Ram, leaving him heartbroken and hopeful only for a chance to bring her memory back.

The path to reconciliation finally arrives in a twist of fate: as Sravanthi and her father prepare to return to Paris, a punctured tire lands their car at the very place of her dream. When their hands touch, memories flood back, and the moment culminates in a warm, lasting embrace. The film closes on a note of renewed connection, trust, and the promise of a future together, grounded in a bond that transcends time and circumstance.
