As the alarm bells ring at Arkham, Batgirl learns that the cloud seeder’s theft was a distraction. The real target is Ace Chemicals, where the combined forces of the Bat-Family and the Turtles converge to confront Shredder and Ra’s al Ghul. The battle unfolds with the Batmobile and the Turtle Van in full force, cutting through Foot Clan infiltrators and the League of Assassins as they push toward their objectives. Leonardo, facing Ra’s al Ghul directly, stalls the master villain, while Batman engages Shredder under a running distraction from Raphael.

In a decisive moment, Donatello and Michelangelo sabotage the cloud seeder as it powers up, halting Ra’s’s control over Gotham’s fate. Leonardo finally subdues Ra’s, and Batman capitalizes on Shredder’s distraction to bring him down. The seeder itself detonates in a spectacular collapse, plunging Shredder into a vat of Joker venom and destroying Ace Chemicals in a fiery explosion. With the immediate threat neutralized, the Turtle brothers prepare to return to New York, but Batman has one more surprise: a celebratory pizza party for their victory.
