J. Balasubramaniam, a wealthy industrialist, travels to his Shimla bungalow for a long-awaited vacation after a grueling Europe and New York trip. On arrival, he discovers Krishnaiah has rented the bungalow to a Bangalore-based couple and their daughter Geetha.
