After rescuing Aju, Bibin and Shanthan from the campus bullies, Ranga showers them with fine food, drinks and lavish comforts, treating them like toys he can dress up and display. Their gratitude soon turns to fear when they realize they are nothing more than pawns in his glossy world.

When the boys decide they want out, Ranga is torn. He remembers the promise he made to his mother never to spill blood again, and the betrayal of his own kin still haunts him. Yet his ego, shaped by his old mentor Reddy’s white‑clad swagger, makes him crave respect and obedience. In a tense showdown he draws a knife, but he does not deliver a killing blow. Instead, he issues a chilling ultimatum: if they ever fail their exams, they will feel his wrath.

The final scenes show Ranga shed the white garments of his mentor and appear in stark black attire, signalling a shift from the flamboyant “heroic” image he once copied to a darker, more personal menace. The college boys do indeed flunk a subject, and Ranga’s punishment is swift and brutal – a violent beating rather than murder – underscoring that he has chosen intimidation over outright death. The film ends with Ranga standing over the trembling youths, his black suit a visual promise that he will remain a looming threat, but one who, for now, stops short of killing the very people who once sought his protection.
