Their search leads them to Raghuvir “Raghu” Mehta, the original manufacturer of the Tiger Soup. Facing intense scrutiny, Raghu ultimately surrenders to the authorities following rigorous interrogation.

As we delve into Raghu’s backstory through a series of flashbacks, we learn that he is a struggling entrepreneur from Gujarat. He lives with his wife, Rukmini, and their son, Chintu. Once hopeful about taking over his late father’s mattress business, Raghu now grapples with the undeniable reality of prolonged financial losses and a lack of successful ideas, as multiple ventures have failed to yield results. Under pressure from his family, particularly his uncle, Raghu embarks on a trip to China alongside his cousin, Devraj, to meet potential investors about a new sports drink idea. Unfortunately, his pitch is swiftly rejected by Tanmay, a prosperous entrepreneur, leaving Raghu feeling dejected and abandoned.

However, during this trip, Raghu forms an unexpected camaraderie with Tanmay, who imparts wisdom about entrepreneurship. Following a night of revelry with a Chinese contact, Xui Lee, Raghu finds himself drunkenly promising to meet her boss, Hao Li, while masquerading as Devraj. This pivotal meeting introduces him to Tiger Penis Soup, touted as the Chinese counterpart to Viagra. Hao is confident that this product will thrive in the Indian market, banking on the notion that both Chinese and Indian cultures have a shared interest in sexual wellness.

Back in India, as Raghu investigates the market, he discovers a glaring gap in solutions available for sexual issues faced by men. Motivated, he approaches Dr. Tribhuvan Vardhi, a renowned sexologist whose work has inspired Raghu. Though Vardhi initially declines the partnership, Raghu’s appeal to the need for sexual awareness ultimately convinces him to join forces.

As the present unfolds, an autopsy for General Zeng is mired in diplomatic issues, compelling Sharma and Gupta to rely on Raghu’s insights. Raghu maintains that his product is safe, despite the mounting pressure surrounding the case. Flashbacks reveal Raghu’s quest to build a capable team for the Tiger Soup’s production and distribution, leading to their innovative marketing strategy. An accidental yet impactful speech by Vardhi at a parent-teacher conference goes viral, propelling the Tiger Soup’s success. Yet, Raghu feels compelled to conceal the true nature of his business from Rukmini and his extended family, who remain oblivious to the reality of his endeavors.

Tension escalates when Devraj learns about the soup’s role in Raghu’s achievements and shares this shocking revelation with Raghu’s family. The discovery leads to dire consequences, including Chintu’s expulsion from school after Tiger Soup is found in his bag. A distraught Rukmini confronts Raghu, leading him to consider ending his partnership with Vardhi. A timely call from Tanmay reignites Raghu’s drive, compelling him to rethink his options.

In the current timeline, Raghu and Vardhi find themselves under scrutiny by a preliminary commission from various government bodies as they discuss the circumstances surrounding Zeng’s death. Raghu clarifies that the soup contains only rabdi, a traditional Indian dessert, asserting that the majority of sexual challenges are rooted in psychological rather than biological issues. Vardhi passionately advocates for removing the stigma surrounding sexual topics, urging the commission to allow the continuation of their product rather than imposing a ban.
