Tipu is a young, introspective man who works in a jewellery shop and yearns for a love that feels destined. A girl named Neeli lives with him and his mother, but their relationship is strained: his mother disapproves of Neeli and treats her poorly, hoping to push Neeli away by arranging a marriage for her with a troublesome suitor, Naseer Kankatta.

One day, Tipu encounters a mysterious man who offers him a magical bottle. From it emerges a jinn who introduces himself as Dwarka Prasad from New Delhi. He gives Tipu a strict seven-day deadline: he must make a girl say “I love you,” and she must have a mole on her face. Tipu learns that time is not straightforward—the countdown begins at twelve, but the clock is actually behind by half an hour, creating a chaotic scramble against time.

With the help of his friend Tingu Master, Tipu searches for a suitable girl, only to stumble many times. Tingu suggests Ghazala, a woman with a mole, and Tipu arranges a date at a restaurant. On the date, however, the jinn orchestrates a dramatic twist: a bomb is found in Ghazala’s bag and she is arrested, complicating Tipu’s plan and trapping Ghazala in jail.

An unexpected opportunity arrives in the form of an elderly, wealthy woman named Parveen “Pino”. She needs a necklace delivered urgently for her granddaughter Princess Sonu, who is arriving in Karachi from England. Sonu, like Neeli, has a mole on her face, and Tipu learns that her father intends to marry her off to his temperamental nephew, Sadiq Moti. Pino suggests that Tipu marry Sonu to help her escape Sadiq’s grasp, which forces Tipu to chase a path that intertwines with Ghazala’s imprisonment.

As Tipu pursues Sonu, he unexpectedly finds himself drawn to Neeli, and the emotional tension grows. Meanwhile, Sonu elopes with Tipu to a hotel, hoping to escape her father’s machinations. Dwarka tries to intervene, but Tipu discovers that Sonu is in love with Faadi Faadi, adding another layer to the triangle of loyalties and desires. Neeli grows suspicious of Tipu’s behavior, and Dwarka escorts her to the hotel, where she discovers Tipu with Sonu and assumes he is unfaithful.

Tipu finally reveals the truth to Neeli: Sonu loves Faadi, which temporarily placates Neeli. Yet Neeli has already accepted Naseer’s proposal and plans to marry him the next day, leaving Tipu heartbroken and torn between love and loyalty.

On the seventh day, the wedding day for Neeli looms, and Dwarka bails Ghazala out of jail, disguising himself as Tipu’s family lawyer and lying that Tipu is marrying Neeli. Ghazala, incensed by the deception, teams up with her partners in a feminine alliance to disrupt the wedding. Realizing the deception, Ghazala’s group withdraws, and Tipu’s sincere plea earns her sympathy. With Ghazala’s help, Tipu confronts Naseer, and a path toward reconciliation opens for Tipu and Neeli. Tipu then reveals the truth about Dwarka’s challenge and the looming deadline.

Dwarka materializes, and for a moment the world seems to vanish except for Tipu and Neeli. Dwarka wounds Tipu, but Neeli reveals a mole near her ear, and the jinn notes that it should be too late. Yet Neeli explains that Karachi time still has five minutes left, while New Delhi time has already run out, and her insistence—“I love you”—rewrites the countdown. With their declaration of love, Dwarka’s power begins to shift toward their favor.

In the end, Dwarka’s attention is drawn by Tipu’s mother, who recognizes him as the man she loved in Delhi. The two generations of affection converge, and she and Dwarka find a mutual spark. Tipu and Neeli’s union is celebrated as they move toward a future together, while Dwarka’s role shifts from a tormentor to a guardian of their love. The story closes on a note of hopeful companionship, with Tipu and Neeli entering married life hand in hand.
