The medical team suspects tetanus, a prognosis that feels hopeless to Shivangi, who watches the man she loves morph into someone unrecognizable. Their fear is deepened by Kesar Maa Sushmita Mukherjee, the loyal handmaiden, who whispers of black magic at work and hints that Veer’s troubles go beyond ordinary illness.

Driven by desperation, Shivangi and her kin travel back to Rajasthan to seek help from spiritual authorities. They enlist an exorcist who attempts to confront the malign force by stepping into the spirit world through a mirror, but the exorcist is overmatched and expelled. The case is then referred to the land’s most revered spiritual guide, Mewar Baba, who reveals a startling truth: the source of Veer’s torment traces back to a powerful figure in the region—Jai Singh Gujjar, a man known across the land for his formidable mystic lineage.

Jai Singh Gujjar [Sharman Joshi] appears as a figure of caution for Shivangi; she remembers a love from years past, a relationship that once burned bright but ended in tragedy when her uncle learned of their bond and used blackmail to coerce her. Jai intervened in a violent confrontation, and the incident reached the king, who had Jai condemned for attempted murder and sentenced him to five years in prison. Shivangi, despite her feelings, testified against him, a betrayal that weighs heavily on both of them. When she finally pleads for his aid in London, Jai is torn between old wounds and a chance at redemption, and he ultimately agrees to travel to England to confront Veer’s demon.

In London, Jai investigates the symptoms and discovers a strange amulet left as a gift by an unknown admirer in Rajasthan. The amulet acts as a conduit for the demon and has lodged itself inside Veer, turning the royal household’s home into a battleground between the living and an avenging spirit. Jai and Shivangi attempt to secure Veer’s freedom through a ritual: Shivangi recites a spiritual chant designed to anchor the demon to their mansion, while Jai uses a crafted charm to cast the amulet into the Thames, hoping to sever the demon’s hold and release Veer. The ritual appears to work at first, and Veer seems to regain life and vitality.

But the surface truth soon fractures the illusion: Jai reveals that the amulet and the demon were sent by Jai himself, a calculated act of vengeance against Veer. He confesses that his long-simmering grudge lies behind the deception, and his motives are tangled with Shivangi’s past betrayal. Shivangi reveals why she once betrayed Jai—when their forbidden affair came to light, the king commanded Jai’s death; Shivangi pleaded on his behalf, and his life was spared only at the cost of her disloyalty. In this moment of reckoning, Jai decides to remain in London to help free Veer, even as the weight of his own guilt presses down on him.

Guided by his spiritual master in a stern voice of rebuke, Jai learns that the demon will not depart without a soul to take. He travels to an abandoned church where he is given a set of Celtic daggers and a plan to confront the entity. Preparing for a perilous foray, Jai enters the spirit realm through a mirror and retrieves the amulet, which resists with ferocious force. The demon’s assault nearly harms Shivangi, but Jai sacrifices himself to seal the portal, allowing Shivangi to burn the amulet and free Veer. A shard of the mirror shows Shivangi Jai’s calm, peace-giving smile as it shatters, and Veer returns to life.

In the wake of these events, the couple discovers a hidden thread of Jai’s devotion: a letter from Jai to his master, explaining that he offered his own soul so Veer could be freed. Grateful and moved, Veer places Jai’s photograph on the mantel as a quiet tribute to the man who chose self-sacrifice over revenge. Two weeks pass, and life for Shivangi and Veer begins to settle back into a fragile balance, tempered by loss, secrecy, and an unspoken bond forged in the crucible of a supernatural threat.
