Susan Sullivan is an American actress whose career spans more than five decades, beginning with a BA in drama from Hofstra University in 1964 and a Broadway debut opposite Dustin Hoffman in Jimmy Shine. She quickly transitioned to television, landing a Universal Studios contract in 1969 and appearing in a variety of guest roles before securing her first long‑running part as Lenore Curtin Delaney on the NBC soap Another World (1971‑1976).
