Sheila Wills (born August 11, 1947), also professionally known as Sheila DeWindt, is an American actress who has built a notable career in television and film over several decades. Born in Louisiana and raised in Los Angeles, California, Wills demonstrated a strong work ethic from a young age, recalling that she had held a job since she was eleven years old, whether waiting tables or cleaning houses. She pursued her higher education at Occidental College, from which she eventually graduated, and later returned to the institution in an administrative capacity as an assistant dean of admissions. Despite her established career in education, Wills had always harbored a passion for acting, a dream she finally pursued after attending an actor's workshop in Los Angeles in 1975, at which point she resigned from her academic post to commit fully to her craft.

Wills is perhaps best recognized for her regular role as Angie on the NBC television series B. J. and the Bear, a part that helped solidify her presence in American primetime programming. Prior to landing this breakthrough role, she had honed her skills through a series of guest appearances on popular television shows of the era, including Baretta, Kojak, Quincy, and The Six Million Dollar Man. Her subsequent television work was equally diverse, featuring recurring and guest roles on series such as McClain's Law, The Jeffersons, The A-Team, Days of Our Lives, Battlestar Galactica, and Generations. Beyond her television commitments, Wills expanded her career into modeling, commercials, and film, with appearances in movies such as Goldengirl, Youngblood, and The Concorde... Airport '79.

In her personal life, Wills married producer, director, and actor Hal DeWindt in 1977, having met him two years earlier while attending his actor's workshop in 1975. The couple divorced in 1981, after which the actress eventually reverted to her maiden name, Wills. Following her divorce, she entered a relationship with actor Philip Michael Thomas, with whom she shares two daughters, Melody Thomas and India Thomas. Wills has remained active in the entertainment industry from her professional debut in 1975 to the present day.
