Rob Corddry: Movies & Box Office

Robert William Corddry, known popularly as Rob Corddry, is an American actor and comedian, recognized widely for his role as a correspondent on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (2002–2006) and a starring role in the comedy film Hot Tub Time Machine. He is a multi-talented artist who has made steady strides in the film industry and is also the creator and star of Adult Swim's Childrens Hospital, for which he has bagged four Primetime Emmy Awards. Corddry has also starred in the HBO series Ballers and the CBS comedy The Unicorn. Of note is his early career, filled with theatre and improv work, building a strong base for his later successes. Career highlights include a year-long tour with the National Shakespeare Company and playing crucial roles in the sketch comedy groups 'The Naked Babies' and 'Third Rail Comedy'. Born and raised in Weymouth, Massachusetts, Corddry was drawn to the world of entertainment from a very early age. After graduating from University of Massachusetts Amherst, he moved to New York City in January 1994, where he started his journey in the exciting world of acting and comedy.
