Rebecca Reynolds Tickell (née Harrell), born March 2, 1980, is a multifaceted professional involved in various fields including film making, acting, singing and environmental activism. She is a recognized face in the cinema, known for her roles in Christmas movie Prancer which graced her with a Young Artist Award nomination. Highly praised by renowned critic Roger Ebert, she left a remarkable imprint in the film industry with her acting prowess.

Parallel to her acting career, Harrell gravitated towards environmental activism dedicating herself to create awareness about eco issues. Joining hands with her husband Josh Tickell in 2010, the couple embarked on a journey documenting environmental disasters like the BP oil spill, through their film The Big Fix. Despite the health risks she undergone during the shoots, the film was a success premiering at Cannes Film Festival in 2011. In addition to that, she has also interviewed uncensored journalists, locals affected by the spill, providing an instigating critique on government corruption. Her additional venture includes a documentary film Pump that was funded by Fuel Freedom Foundation. Pump focuses on the need for reducing dependence on imported oil by advocating for alternative solutions, although it had its own controversy. Harrell Tickell also famously drove the first car powered by a blend of algae fuel across America. Besides her multifaceted career, Harrell is also the co-founder of a national non-profit organization - I'll Be The One Organization, with a vision of clean air, clean food, and clean water for all, through shifting energy.
