Mark Rosman, born on August 15, 1957, is a seasoned American film director, film producer, television director, and screenwriter. His career in the film industry has seen him exhibit his skills across a wide array of roles. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Rosman's foray into films was almost inevitable. However, the journey wasn't a bed of roses as he initially faced a setback when his application for UCLA's film program was declined. Despite this, Rosman leaped into NYU's film program where he eventually graduated and launched his career. Rosman's talents first came to light as a voluntary assistant director on Brian De Palma's Home Movies during his senior year at NYU. He officially launched his career with The House on Sorority Row. Rosman's name got further etched into Hollywood's history when he worked on Disney's The Blue Yonder. He has also written scripts for films like the thriller Evolver and directed The Force. His directorial marvel continued with The Invader and Life-Size. His vast work across numerous television shows reveals his adaptive and flexible nature. Rosman has also crafted memorable movie experiences like A Cinderella Story and The Perfect Man, both films starring Hilary Duff.
