Raised in Baldwin, New York, she made her mark in the acting industry with roles such as Margo Hughes on As the World Turns and Eleanor Waldorf-Rose on Gossip Girl. Her early acting career commenced with the soap opera The Edge of Night, where she brilliantly portrayed an heiress and former terrorist.
