Hirofumi Fukuzawa (福沢 博文) is a renowned Japanese actor and television director born on February 27, 1970, in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. He is best known for his extensive work as a suit actor and action director in the Super Sentai and Kamen Rider franchises, which have been staple parts of Japanese tokusatsu television for decades. Fukuzawa began his career with Japan Action Enterprise, one of Japan's prominent stunt and action performance agencies, before later becoming affiliated with Red Action Club.

Throughout his prolific career, Fukuzawa has portrayed numerous iconic characters in suit. In the Super Sentai series, he has brought to life many beloved Red Rangers, including Tyranno Ranger in Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, Gao Red in Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, Hurricane Red in Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger, Aba Red in Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger, Deka Red in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger, Bouken Red in GoGo Sentai Boukenger, Geki Red in Juken Sentai Gekiranger, Go-on Red in Engine Sentai Go-onger, Shinken Red in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, and Gokai Red in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
