Gijs Blom is a Dutch actor whose career has rapidly evolved from child performer to acclaimed young adult talent. Born on 2 January 1997 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, he grew up immersed in a theatrical environment as the son of stage actress Marloes van den Heuvel, which fostered his early fascination with performance. After completing a degree in theatre at the Amsterdam University of the Arts' Academy of Theatre and Dance in 2021, Blom has combined formal training with practical experience gained from his first professional role at age ten.
