Friðrik Þór Friðriksson (born 6 October 1964) is a retired Icelandic football goalkeeper who earned 26 caps for the Iceland national team. He began his senior club career with Fram Reykjavik in 1982, making his debut at a young age and quickly establishing himself as a reliable last‑line defender. After a brief stint with Breiðablik in 1984, where he logged eighteen league appearances, he returned to Fram for a two‑year spell, adding fifty‑four more matches to his record. In 1988 he ventured abroad to Denmark, signing for B1909 and featuring in thirty‑six games before returning to Iceland to join Þór Akureyri, where he again played thirty‑six fixtures. The most prolonged period of his club career unfolded at ÍBV, where between 1992 and 1998 he guarded the net in eighty‑eight league outings, cementing his reputation as one of the nation’s most consistent shot‑stoppers.
