Ed Oxenbould is an accomplished and renowned Australian actor, best known for his breakout role in the film Julian (2012). He was born on 1st June 2001 in Melbourne, Australia. Having been raised in a family deeply rooted in acting, this talented performer showed promise from an early age. He is the son of actors Diane Adams and Jamie Oxenbould, and the nephew of comedian/actor Ben Oxenbould. His acting career kicked off in 2011, and since then Ed has been on a steady rise in the film industry. After his notable performance in Julian, he went on to secure a role in the television series Puberty Blues (2012–2014), cementing his place within the industry. His star continued to shine brighter when he landed a role in the film Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day (2014).

Ed's acting trajectory has been filled with notable performances, each one more impressive than the last. These include roles in the films Paper Planes (2015), The Visit (2015), Better Watch Out (2016), Wildlife (2018), and Nugget is Dead? (2024). One of his significant career milestones includes playing the title role in Julian, a 9-year-old Julian Assange in the Australian short film directed by Matthew Moore.
