Chyler Leigh (born Chyler Leigh Potts on April 10, 1982) is an American actress, singer, and model whose career has spanned over two and a half decades, beginning with local television commercials and modeling work in Virginia Beach before relocating to Los Angeles at age 16. She made her film debut at fifteen in Kickboxing Academy and achieved breakout fame as Janey Briggs in the cult comedy Not Another Teen Movie (2001), a role that also earned her a cameo in Marilyn Manson’s “Tainted Love” music video and a spot on Maxim’s Hot 100 Women list in 2002. Leigh’s television résumé grew dramatically after starring in short‑lived series such as Girls Club and That ’80s Show, followed by a regular role on The Practice and a part in Reunion.
