Bryan Greenberg, born on May 24, 1978, is an acclaimed American actor. He gained popularity with his leading role in the HBO series, ‘How to Make It in America’. His versatility as an actor is reflected through a variety of roles he played in popular series such as ‘The Mindy Project’, ‘One Tree Hill’, and ‘October Road’. Greenberg’s remarkable movie appearances include films like ‘The Perfect Score’, ‘Prime’, ‘Bride Wars’ and ‘Friends with Benefits’. His creative pursuits further led him to make his directorial debut with the film ‘Junction’. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, his passion for acting evolved from his early involvement in theatre productions at Jewish summer camps. As a child, he acted in multiple productions and at 7, he was cast in the lead role in the Omaha Ballet's production of The Nutcracker. At 12, Greenberg moved to St. Louis, Missouri, where he made his first major appearance in a nationally-telecast commercial. The notable artist, post his high school graduation, moved to New York City where he pursued Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre at New York University and thrived his acting career. Bryan Greenberg’s talent also extends to music. In 2007, he released his debut album ‘Waiting for Now’. His distinct music style cemented his popularity as he toured with well-known artists like Gavin DeGraw, Michael Tolcher, Ari Hest, and Graham Colton. Apart from acting and music, Greenberg, an advocate for clean energy, even made a public service announcement about the Gulf Oil Spill for Natural Resources Defense Council in July 2010.
