William Thomas Hader Jr., better known as Bill Hader, is a renowned American actor, comedian, writer, producer, and director. He rose to prominence during his eight-year tenure as a cast member on the long-standing NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 2005 to 2013, earning numerous awards and nominations. Hader's notable performance includes playing Stefon Meyers, a flamboyant New York City nightclub guide, on Weekend Update segments. He further cemented his reputation in the television industry by co-creating the HBO dark comedy series Barry (2018–2023), where he played the title role, served as a producer, writer, and director. The series was highly appreciated, earning him eight Emmy nominations. Hader's voice acting career includes leading and supporting characters in several popular franchises, including Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Inside Out, and Toy Story 4.
