Amelia Louise Crouch (born 27 March 2004) is an English actress who garnered attention from a young age for her talent on the West End stage. Growing up in Epsom, she was immersed in performance arts alongside her brother Oliver, also an actor, through classes at Stagecoach Sutton—an initiative run by their mother Rachel, who also manages Audition Ready and Happy Feet Management. Amelia attended Southfield Park Primary School before moving to Rosebery School for Girls, and later honed her craft at the prestigious Arts Educational School (ArtsEd). Her early exposure to professional theatre culminated in a debut as a munchkin in Andrew Lloyd Webor­g’s The Wizard of Oz at the London Palladium in 2011, marking the beginning of a steady ascent in the industry. The combination of rigorous training and family support laid a solid foundation that would propel her into film and television. Since her stage debut, Crouch has built a diverse résumé that includes both supporting and leading roles across multiple media. In 2014 she appeared in the alternating role of Fatal Attraction at the Theatre Royal Haymarket and made her film debut in The Woman in Black: Angel of Death. She gained further visibility with television work on Sky Arts’ Playhouse Presents. By 2016 she was portraying younger versions of major characters, such as the White Queen in Alice Through the Looking Glass and Lizzie Cree in The Limehouse Golem, showcasing a remarkable ability to capture the essence of established roles. Her performance as Hanna in the science‑fiction film Extinction (2018) demonstrated her capacity for leading parts, while later appearances in The Cursed (2021) and Kate solidified her reputation as a versatile young actress poised for continued success.
