The premise of You Gotta Be a Football Hero without spoilers.

Popeye and Olive attend a football game where Bluto’s squad dominates, and Olive quickly becomes his cheerleader. Undeterred, Popeye joins the rival team as quarterback, despite its lanky, underdog appearance. After a series of setbacks, he gulps his spinach, transforms into a football team and leads them to a win that also wins Olive’s affection.
