
Set in 1957, W.W. Bright roams the South in a ’55 Oldsmobile, robbing gas stations and banks owned by a corrupt mogul. After hijacking a car he meets the aspiring country group the Dixie Dancekings, led by Dixie. Bright helps the band chase fame, and the crews bond as they learn the size of his heists, while deputy Deacon Gore pursues him.
