Women’s Prison Massacre 1983

Emanuelle Arsan, Laura Gemser, is sent to a violent women’s prison where fear, power plays, and a brutal hierarchy constantly threaten any sense of order. Within the bleak walls, she navigates a precarious balance of alliances and rivalries, trying to survive a system that rewards strength and punishes weakness.

In the prison’s volatile pecking order, she runs into Albina, the prison’s formidable “top dog,” Ursula Flores. Their clashes spark a string of brutal confrontations, leaving Albina with a broken arm, a knife wound in her leg, and her wig torn away. The constant catfights and arguments underscore how fragile life can be when respect is earned through combat and intimidation.

The tension erupts when four male death row inmates, led by the merciless Crazy Boy Henderson, Gabriele Tinti, break into the facility. The invaders unleash a torrent of brutality: rape, mutilation, torture, and a chilling game of Russian roulette that shatters any pretense of safety for the women inside. A SWAT team’s hurried intrusion results in the death of one inmate, but the terror does not end there.

In a shocking turn, another man is killed by a female inmate who hides a razor blade inside her vagina and entices him to his fate, adding a cruel twist to the prison’s already brutal landscape. The remaining male convicts press on, intent on escape, using the warden as a shield along with Emanuelle and a wounded sheriff as human barriers.
