Carol ‘Jeff’ Jeffries, Jennifer Gan, is set up by her boyfriend, Rudy, Charlie Davao, who runs a shipboard empire of prostitution, gambling, and drug dealing. Unaware of the danger surrounding him, she becomes an unwitting pawn as Rudy tries to dodge investigations, stashing his illegal goods inside Jeff’s purse just as the heat closes in.
