Carter Eastman and Meghan Eastman are a busy couple trying to balance work with raising two kids, Max Eastman and Casey Eastman. To make life easier, they hire Abby Reed as a live-in sitter, and she moves in with the family. At first there are some rough patches with the youngsters, but soon the household begins to warm to Abby. It doesn’t take long for Abby to settle into the routine, yet her gaze often lingers in a way that feels more than affectionate toward the family’s head of the house, Carter Eastman, casting a subtle shadow over the day-to-day.
