The film opens with Chandru being taken by the police, and then it shifts into a long flashback that fills in the story of who he is and what he has faced. Chandru is raised by his deaf uncle and mute aunt, weaving a life colored by family bonds and the shadows of misunderstandings. Priya, who married him in the previous film, remains wary and doubting, growing tired of the endless disputes that seem to shadow their union. Yet her father steps in to calm the tensions, urging forgiveness over stubborn quarrels and encouraging the couple to move past petty arguments. A hospital call soon disrupts the family routine: Chandru has been admitted, and the news sparks a frantic rush to the hospital. There, they learn that Chandru had asked the doctor to cut a part of himself because of Priya. This painful gesture becomes a turning point, and Priya comes to realize her mistakes. The couple begins to repair their relationship, choosing to reunite and face the future together.
Meanwhile, Munna and Maamu emerge from jail and step back into a dangerous world. Munna saves Nandini from a gas leak and, in the process, pockets her ring and begins to fall for her. The two men overhear talk about a room filled with gold and a plan to recruit two Ayyangari women for cooking. Seizing the opportunity, Munna and Maamu disguise themselves as women, introducing themselves as Nagavalli and Chandramukhi and claiming to be sisters. The house they enter is strict and perilous, and the two manage a narrow escape, their ruse nearly undone.
A separate thread follows a prank that targets Chandru. After the prank, a series of fateful encounters unfolds: he saves an old man during a tense moment, but in the confusion he fails to recognize Munna and Maamu. He offers them a ride, unaware of their true identities, and only later discovers that they are CCB officers working undercover. The man Dawoor Hussain, a dangerous criminal, becomes a focal point as Chandru is drawn into a web of loyalty, betrayal, and danger. Chandru is arrested not for a crime but for saving the wrong person, and Dawoor drags him to a house that doubles as his sister’s domain.
The plot thickens as Chandru pleads to be taken to court, only to wake up inside a house where Dawoor video-calls him with an unsettling request: take the place of Dawoor’s son Salim, who sits in jail, in exchange for a temporary freedom for his own mother. Chandru agrees for one week, but the arrangement sows confusion and jealousy. Munna becomes unsettled when Nandini mistakes Salim for Munna, and Dawoor ominously hints that Chandru’s fate in jail could be grim.
Enter Sadhu Gowda, who is assigned the case and tasked with untangling the growing mess. Munna—still in disguise as Nagavalli—with Nandini’s help, meets Sadhu and warns that Chandru’s life is in danger. Sadhu makes a dramatic entry by disguising himself as Arundhati, Nagavalli, and Chandramukhi’s sister, slipping into the house and catching sight of a couple tied up in a room before making a perilous escape. Dawoor’s sister, meanwhile, is embroiled in a struggle to control the family property, keeping the wealthy assets for herself and her husband while allocating the poorer portion to her husband’s brother and his wife. The backstory reveals that the poor couple once found gold in a Shiva temple, but Dawoor’s sister tried to force them to reveal the location. The couple fled with quadruplet children, but their father was killed and the family was scattered; only memory loss on the children’s end concealed their past.
Dawoor demands half of the gold, and Sadhu discreetly communicates this to Munna. Chandru, with the help of a familiar ally from the previous film, manages a risky escape. Salim, in Chandru’s form, returns home to confront Priya, who reacts with anger and scenes of tension. Priya, in a moment of fury, prepares a milk mixture laced with sleep-inducing tablets for Salim, while Dawoor and his sister realize that they are dealing with three men in disguise. Chandru drinks the milk himself to protect everyone, and Nandini arrives in tears, confessing that Nagavalli is Munna and that she’s been playing a game to save him. Salim’s attempt to harm Priya is thwarted by Munna, and the two men manage to help Chandru purge the effects of the drug. Munna goes so far as to reveal that he, Salim, and Chandru are brothers, but they keep this truth hidden from Salim for now, fearing disbelief.
Priya departs to fetch her father and bring him to the location where the treasure is hidden, while Nandini speaks softly to the elderly couple about their supposed “sons” returning. The truth comes into sharper focus as Dawoor, his sister, and her family reach the place and a grim chain of events unfolds: Dawoor ties Munna, Chandru, their parents, Maamu, Sadhu, and the sister’s family, and instructs Salim to blast them. Salim resists, insisting on their innocence, only to have Dawoor reveal that Salim is adopted and must be tied as well. Sadhu Then hints that there might still be a missing fourth child.
The story takes an odd, dramatic turn with the arrival of Richie, who fights the assembled adversaries. As chaos erupts, snakes slither into the scene, climbing over the participants before retreating. In a surprising twist, Sadhu proclaims that the four children were adopted from the goods train and that the truth ties them all together as a family. The film closes on this note of revelation and reconciliation, weaving together memory, mistaken identities, loyalty, and a shared past that binds the protagonists beyond their immediate conflicts.
