Yedukondalu Ravi Teja is an uneducated, headstrong youth living in the rural village of Bobbarlanka. As he and the village elders consider how to protect their lifeline, they discover that a nearby factory is poisoning the river that feeds their people, their crops, and their water supply. This sparks a determined plan to shut the plant down, not just as a protest but as a fight for their home. To push the issue, Yedukondalu teams up with Mangatayaru Aarthi Agarwal, a fearless local woman who shares his stake in the community’s future, and together they set off for the city to appeal to political power.
