In the serene suburbs of Portland, FBI Special Agent Jennifer Marsh (portrayed by Diane Lane) juggles her responsibilities as a committed mother and a relentless cybercrime fighter. During the day, she cares for her daughter, Annie Haskins, and her mother, Stella Marsh, and when night falls, she collaborates with Griffin Dowd (played by Joseph Cross) to track down the nefarious individuals operating within the FBI’s cybercrime unit. However, her seemingly straightforward life takes a dramatic turn when an anonymous tip directs her attention to a horrifying site named KillWithMe.com. This sinister platform showcases the brutal torture and killing of a cat, operating with the chilling promise that it will merely create a mirror site if anyone attempts to shut it down.

As the twisted creator of the site escalates their reign of terror, human victims soon become the tragic headlines. The first victim, a helicopter pilot named Herbert Miller, is subjected to a horrific fate as he is injected with anticoagulant, ultimately succumbing to blood loss.
