Two bored Montreal housewives, played by Monique Mercure and Louise Turcot, endure inattentive spouses (Marcel Sabourin, Donald Pilon) and an abundance of idle time. To spice up their lives, they slip extra cash to local tradesmen in exchange for flirtatious attention. Their playful scheme spirals into frantic confusion when one of the visiting men suddenly dies. Undeterred, the women confront the grim turn of events with surprising vigor and determination.
