What Is Two Bits & Pepper About?
The premise of Two Bits & Pepper without spoilers. The whole story is in the plot summary further down.
An absurd comedy where two utterly inept kidnappers—both played by Joe Piscopo—abduct two young girls for ransom, despite being unable to add 1 + 1. The girls outsmart their captors in a slapstick, ‘Home Alone’‑style duel. Chaos erupts when a pair of talking horses banter and intervene to rescue the girls, adding another layer of ridiculous humor.

Spoilers ahead
Two Bits and Pepper are horses living in Central California with their owner, Tyler Lauren Eckstrom, and her parents, Roger Perry Stephens and Carla. After school, Tyler’s best friend, Katie Rachel Crane, convinces her to ride the horses into town. Carla resists, so Katie improvises a plan to travel beneath the highway that crosses their property rather than directly crossing it—an idea that hinges on Carla’s vague rule.
Tyler, Katie, and their friends head toward town with the horses in tow, while trouble brews on a schoolyard earlier in the day. Two crooks, Zike and Spider Joe Piscopo, scheme to kidnap a young boy under the ruse of giving him a free ride home. The boy reports the incident to his father, who alerts the police.
