Titli, Shashank Arora is the youngest member of a violent car-jacking gang in Delhi, drawn into danger by his older brother Vikram Ranvir Shorey and the middle brother Pradeep, Sumit Gulati aka Bawla. The story opens with Titli scouting the parking lot of an under-construction East Delhi mall, convinced that owning it could be his ticket out of the family’s криминал circle. His friend Pintu, Sumit Gulati, teases a future where fortunes change if he buys the lot for ₹3,00,000. Driven by a desire to escape, Titli begins plotting a break from the gang and a fresh start with the money in hand. But fate twists quickly: during a car-jacking, Titli crashes a stolen vehicle just before a police checkpoint, and both he and Pradeep are nabbed. When they’re released the next day, Titli discovers the police have seized the money, and he confesses to his brothers that he planned to run away and invest in the parking lot venture.

To tighten his hold, Vikram forces Titli to marry Neelu, Shivani Raghuvanshi, so he can keep him in line and plant a decoy within the gang. Neelu is married to Titli in name, but she pines for her lover Prince, Prashant Singh, a wealthy married man she’s involved with. One night, after a bloody jacking operation, Neelu tries to escape from the family and is caught by Titli. He agrees to help her leave for Prince if she gives him ₹2,50,000 from her personal bank account, sparking a tense exchange where ambition and affection collide. Neelu guides Titli to Prince, revealing she’s in a genuine relationship with him, even as Prince is planning to divorce his wife for Neelu’s sake.

Prince appears to be a complicated ally—he’s unfaithful to Neelu but eager to maintain appearances, and Titli’s confrontation with him ends with Prince exploiting the moment to pressure Titli for money. The couple also seeks help from Sangeeta, Vikram’s estranged wife, asking for more time on alimony, but Sangeeta refuses. In a separate push to access funds, Titli’s father suggests wiring the money from Neelu’s fixed deposit, an idea Vikram rejects. As tensions mount, Neelu’s relationship with Prince becomes more transactional, while Titli’s loyalty wavers between kin and his own survival.

A new offer arrives: a chance to earn ₹20,00,000 by killing a powerful industrialist, a plan allegedly arranged by a politically connected cop. With mounting desperation, Titli drops Neelu at her parents’ residence and vanishes with the cash she handed him. In a surprising turn, Titli anonymously reports his brothers to the police, choosing to cut ties with the gang. After the parking lot deal with Pintu is greenlit, Titli reconsiders and demands his money back, even threatening to shoot Pintu’s boss with a gun he stole from Vikram. The family foundations crack as Titli returns home, severing ties with his father, Lalit Behl, and taking his remaining belongings with him. In the end, Neelu discovers that Prince never planned to leave his wife, and she and Titli find a fragile reconciliation, deciding to stay together despite the betrayals and the violence that shaped their world.
