Sadistic hit‑man Philip Raven is furious after a job pays with marked bills and vows revenge on his double‑crossing boss, nightclub owner Gates. On a train with Gates’s new employee, Ellen, who is engaged to the police lieutenant hunting Raven, she tries to steer him away from further violence as he hides from law and plots retaliation.
