Set across the landscapes of Karnataka and Goa, the story centers on Dr. Rohini Pranab Shobana, a renowned cardiac surgeon who also runs a shelter for destitute and trafficked girls. Her days are spent saving lives and offering shelter, until a chilling twist shatters that balance: the shelter’s residents are kidnapped by an illegal human trafficking ring. In the wake of the assault, Rohini finds herself accused of illegal trafficking as sensational headlines flood the newspapers.

In parallel, Naveen [Dhyan Sreenivasan] suffers a similar blow when his own sister is seized by the same gang right before his eyes. The two strangers, drawn together by shared loss and a stubborn resolve to protect the vulnerable, join forces to stage a daring rescue before the victims are drugged and sold at a party organized by a mining group to satisfy powerful clients, including a Cabinet Minister Sijoy Varghese with a hidden agenda.

Rohini’s friends rally to help, but the criminals are tightly connected, well-coordinated, and always a step ahead, turning every attempt into a tense game of cat and mouse. A crucial breakthrough arrives when they access the bank locker of Rohini’s husband, Pranab Ray, an investigative journalist who was murdered by the same gang. That locked dossier holds clues to the girls’ whereabouts, yet the hard disk containing the information is stolen during a car chase when Rohini is abducted.
