Following an election defeat, Giorgi Mchedlishvili, the former Refugees Eviction Minister, finds himself stripped of his position, possessions, and influence. His sentient chair urges him to act, but his attempts to regain his status prove futile. During this challenging period, he encounters and marries Donara, a refugee woman. A new government then orders the eviction of Giorgi and his family. He clashes with the media and his sister-in-law, Magda, leading to a tense standoff with journalists and police. After negotiations fail, a SWAT team initiates an assault, but with the chair's assistance, Giorgi escapes to his village.
