What Is The Cesar About?

Al‑Kaiser belongs to an extremist Islamic Takfiri cell. During one of their terrorist attacks, authorities seal off a tunnel in Rafah and blow it up to stop the militants. The explosion leaves Al‑Kaiser as the only survivor, and he is taken into custody and imprisoned.
