As Brent, a high school student, drives along winding roads with his father Dan in the passenger seat, a bloodied figure suddenly materializes in the middle of the road. At the same time, the dynamics of school life unfold. Brent tactfully declines an invitation to the formal from Lola Stone, instead choosing to spend precious moments with his girlfriend Holly. Unbeknownst to him, Lola is lurking in the shadows, obsessively observing their clandestine encounters inside Holly’s car.
