In the thrumming heart of Tokyo’s nightlife, Sachiko Hanai, portrayed by Emi Kuroda, navigates a world where the lines between fantasy and reality blur. As a skilled call girl, she revels in a variety of sexual roleplay, adopting different personas to fulfill the whims of her clients. However, her night takes a dramatic turn at a bustling late-night café when she witnesses a tense standoff between two men—one a North Korean operative and the other an agent from the Middle East. Chaos erupts as gunfire shatters the ambiance, and in a foolish act, Sachiko tries to document the pandemonium on her cell phone.
In an astonishing twist of fate, a bullet embeds itself in her brain, granting her extraordinary capabilities: she can suddenly understand languages she’d never encountered, tap into ancient philosophical insights, solve elaborate mathematical puzzles, and even display extrasensory perception.
As Sachiko escapes the chaos, she unwittingly carries a mysterious metal cylinder in her pocket—inside it is a cloned copy of President George W. Bush’s finger. The North Korean operative, now infatuated with her, becomes obsessed with retrieving this cylinder, aware of its potential to unleash a nuclear disaster. As her life becomes increasingly tangled, Sachiko begins a complex relationship with a philosophy professor, who employs her as a tutor for his son. Their relationship deepens, and she finds comfort in the professor’s arms, but not everyone is pleased. The professor’s wife grows wary of Sachiko’s influence and enlists the help of a detective—the very same man whose actions led to Sachiko’s injury.
As the tension mounts, it becomes apparent that the North Korean operative will go to any lengths to obtain the cylinder and its catastrophic potential. Guided by her newfound intellectual prowess, Sachiko races toward an inevitable confrontation that could ultimately decide the fate of the world.
