In the Cartoon Dimension, Doctor Carnage—a mad scientist with a penchant for brutality—conducts a brutal experiment on a man, disemboweling him and ripping his skull out through his stomach in a gory, cartoonish display of power. Back on Earth, the world shifts between innocence and menace as Cindy and her sister Candy are left to fend for themselves with Cindy’s friend Amy in the house. The mood quickly sours as Cindy and her crew summon Rick and Eddie, hoping for a normal evening, while Candy quietly sinks into a Terror Toons DVD she received in the mail—a sinister, self-contained nightmare created by Satan himself.
